Resolved: Td Auto Finance - Unauthorized Auto withdrawals
I received a call back this morning and the issue was resolved in a friendly manner. TD even called my bank in a 3 way call to help resolve the problem.
I am extremely happy with the outcome. The customer service today was a 10/10. They went above and beyond to help correct the mistake.

I called them to let them know that they took a payment out of our checking account and the automatic withdrawal had been cancelled. After waiting 15 minutes to reach them, I was told that they did not withdraw the funds that I had cancelled my auto payments.
I verified with the bank that the funds were taken. Then I was told to dispute it with my bank that the Auto withdrawal was unauthorized by them. They can not and will not correct their mistake. No customer service help to resolve the issue.
Then they put me on hold for a 2nd manager and he was not available and I never received a call back from that manager.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $526.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Td Auto Finance Cons: No resolution department or customer service.
