Apparently these idiots can't verify me. I keep getting transferred to someone else that is going to transfer me and then they hang up on me, especially if they are female.
Sorry, but it is true if they can't push the right button or don't know how to help, they need to admit it and say "I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS" to their supervisor.
To be fair, I see this with banks and other companies who are working from home during the COVID-19 scare, who can't actually help.
But if they are in the office, then suddenly they are a little more helpful.
'Finally got someone on the phone that could transfer me to transfer me to a person that could help me. In this case one was female and two were male, and they didn't have to gab and keep talking about what they were doing by being Captain Obvious.
User's recommendation: Be willing to waste 90 minutes of your time and money that you can't work because you are on the phone.
