Td Auto Finance - TD needs to improve better customer service

On November 6, 2018 Approximately 910 am TD customer service at 800)556-**** was rude and hung up the phone and advised to call back at a later time. And that my questions weren't going to ruined his day. TD employee refused to give name when asked.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You make your monthly payment ON TIME, and that's it! Let me guess, you wanted to skip payments, play the "change the due date" game or other such nonsense, right?
There are thousands of people who have accounts with them and they NEVER need to contact them! Of course, they pay their bills on time!
Dude, donโt assume itโs because they didnโt pay their bill on time. My car is a total loss and my insurance tried to reach them.
Iโm calling about a status update on how long theyโre taking to respond to my insurance....
and Iโve been on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes...... cmon
My car was totaled and I called them. They answered me immediately.
