Td Auto Finance - No way to resolve any issues/TD Auto is not a good company to deal with
All of the information that you read from TD Auto is not true. They give you NO service and NO way to file any real complaint!
This is my third issue with TD Auto ... This morning, I was on hold for 23 minutes + and of course when someone finally came on I complained for the long wait. .... She hung up on me!
The first issue was mailing a check of payment and to have the check lost .. most likely on someone's desk at TD's payment office. I made a second payment through my checking account to protect my credit rating, and called my bank to cancel the check that was lost . .
.at the cost of $40.00. When I got the next month's check they had credited me with making 2 payments. . .
and then when I told them I had cancelled the first check they wanted me to pay a $15.00 penalty! I told them No way! To call for anything is always "mind boggling" and you are always on hold for no less than an 30 minutes. They have it fixed "tightly" not to recognize the word "representative"!
They will continue doing what their doing in this manner because ...no one can reach their headquarters and they have made it impossible to file any kind of complaint.
Their website consists of 14 pages on how to file! I will never purchase another car that has to be financed through TD Auto.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
