I have been trying to contact your company concerning my account. The insurance company sent a letter to you on June 5,2018 and they left a message on June 20,2018.

I left a message on June 20, June 26 & June 27. I haven't received any call backs. A letter of guarantee was sent for your company to approve so the insurance company can pay off the car. Your company is holding up the process so everything can be paid by both insurance company.

Every time I call, I am put on hold for several hours. This is really bad busy.

Also I sent a letter in the mail concerning this situation. It should take this long for TD to submit the letter back to my insurance co.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

MY DAUGHTER IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. SPOKE WITH SHEBA HUNTER A SUPERVISOR (NOT IN THAT DEPARTMENT) NOTHING SHE COULD DO.

WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE SUPERVISOR'S NAME IN THAT DEPARTMENT. SINCE THE LENDER IS HOLDING UP THE TITLE, THE OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY IS TAKING BACK THE RENTAL CAR TODAY, AND NOW MY DAUGHTER IS WITHOUT A CAR. TREATING HER AS THOUGH SHE IS THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE ACCIDENT. SHE HAS BEEN THROUGH *** AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE.

OH, AND THE 10 DAY PAYOFF IS UP, SO GUESS NOW THEY GET ADDITIONAL MONEY. SHEBA SAYS THEY ARE BACKED UP. WHO FLIPPING CARES!!!!

THEN THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF IF THAT IS THE CASE. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW SINCE MY DAUGHTER'S ACCIDENT AND STILL NOT TAKEN CARE OF!!!!
