Their system messed up may payment twice and they reposed my car. They would not accept ownership of it and refused to work with me about this issue.

I begged and pleaded with them about this and they still said no, pay three payments ahead and then you can get your car. Did not tell me about options about paying at Walmart to make sure banking was not an issue. only told that after the fact. Very inconsiderate *** I would never recommend them to anyone.

Juan esp was very inhuman and not helpful.

I have called them every month and tried to work this out and they keep saying its ok, keep in contact. But not helpful to resolve the issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $3500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

If this was their fault, why did you need to call them and "try to work this out"? The REAL story is YOU failed to pay on time and YOU turned on the repo machine.

By the way, there is no such thing as a "reposs"! If you didn't like the consequences, then YOU should have paid on time and no, I don't work for them!

I agree. If you pay on time, then you will have no problem.

When my vehicle was totaled, the representatives were kind and courteous and responded as soon as I called. Whatever information I needed they provided it ASAP.

They even sent me a refund because of an overpayment. No I donโ€™t work for TD Iโ€™m a former customer.

No I called them to get payment set up and there Bill matrix who they bill with will not process Bank of America. This is a problem on there end, this is a new account for me and I had no idea why there system was returning my payment.

I had switch banks and gave them the new info and no one was aware of payment issues with their system, even after addressed with them they said they did not know. Bill matrix says they called them and told them but rep. refused to call the person at bill matrix to confirm the error on TD side.

Customer service there has no education on handling this issue, they blame the customer and then say there is another way to fix it after the fact. I hate this company, I am glad you had a good experience but does not reflect on my experience with them.

Good for you! They have not been easy to work with.

I have made my payments on time for the first few months then barely late on the rest, due to an internal error they missed two payments from me. I called and tried to fix it, no one on their end knew what was going on. They did not tell me about wiring money to them till after they took my car. One good action does not excuse their failing multiple times.

Read the reviews on Google, you are only a handful of customers treated right. Rest have not.

I'm sorry for my typo on reposes. I was pissed off at the poor treatment I was given by this company.

I have been late on my payments, yes but I have called them and set up arrangements. After I switch banks, there was an internal issue with their bill matrix and using B.O.A to pay bills, no customer service rep. acknowledge this and they said I should have know that. I do not work for them, I do not know there system and the rep that took the info for payment arrangements did not know either.

They do not own up to their mistakes.

Who are you to comment on this subject when you won't even put a name on your acct? So unless you have something valuable to add don't comment on my concern.
