Rude customer services

I have never seen a customer service rep treat a customer in such a rude way. Connie, the customer service rep continuously over talked my 85 year old aunt who requested previously to have the date changed of the automatic withdrawal several months ago. Connie continued to say its not in the notes. I interjected to say just because its not in the notes does not mean it didn't happen. My aunt was at the bank when this was requested. I was able to speak with a supervisor named Omar. Omar was patient and was able to resolve my aunts issues with the account. CONNIE NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO SPEAK TO/TREAT CONSUMERS. OMAR NEED ACKNOWLEDGED FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TD auto took an unauthorized payment out of my account. It took 4 days to get the payment returned to me and another week for them to recover the NSF fee. I made about 10 phone calls in that time and got a different story each time....I am very disappointed in this company and will never get another loan or recommend them to anyone !!!!

I haved a total loss April 13 2017, my insurance send a check and TD finance posted to another account, after twenty days calling them finally posted in the correct account. Now is the GAP INSURANCE they pay they cashed and they don't now nothing about. The dealer call for for pay the balance and the don't makes happen. I AM TIDE ON CALLING FOR GET EVERYTHING DONE. CAUSE YOU GUYS I CAN BUY A CAR, I need everything get done A SOON IS POSSIBLE. PLEASE

Horrible wait times and horrible customer service

Every time I have called in to the 800 customer service number for information on my account, the wait to speak to a rep ranged from 23-33 minutes. It is ridiculous!!

Then after a couple of years of having an open loan my vehicle was totaled and just trying to get through to speak to someone to relay information from the insurance company was a nightmare. I was placed on hold and transferred to various departments and the customer service reps are very unfriendly. Thank Goodness my insurance company handled most of the paperwork.

I just wanted to let it be known that I had bad experience calling every single time that I had to call and speak to someone. TD Finance customer Service reps are rude and not knowledgeable and definitely need some CS training.

Got a loan from them brought a lemon not my fault wouldn't finance me again for my other car same price as first and got loan canceled. They still took my auto pay outta my account n said it would take 21-30 days to get my money back which is BS cause i cancelled loan on 4-26-17 took payment on May 13 n overdraft my account n put me behind on my bills n making me pay $25 overdraft fee ...

Horrible customer service

Financed my car on 7/30/2016 and my first payment was due on 9/13/2016. I paid every payment ONTIME via their website. In April, 2017 I decided to pay off my vehicle since I received a large tax refund along with a bonus at work. I paid off my vehicle on 4/24/17 online using the pay off quote given to me by them. The payoff was over by $59.11. My account showed paid in full and within a week I received my lien release however not my loan payment overage. I contacted the RUDE and nasty TD Auto Finance and I was told that they hold payoff overpayments for 30 days before issuing a refund. How nice, if I was late, I would be charged a late payment fee, especially after 30 days and my interest rate could be increased but TD Auto Finance can hold loan payoff overages for 30 days and earn interest on that money. I know that $59.11 is not at all a lot of money but think about the amount of customers they have and how many loans are paid off everyday that they hold an excess amount on that they wait 30 plus days to refund the balance. It's just another SHADY way that TD Auto Finance likes to make more money for themselves. They should be shut down.

This is by far the worst finance company I have ever dealt with. poor customer service and ridiculous wait times I was able to drive exactly 113 miles and had to hang up because I had arrived at my destination where I'm not allowed to use a phone . I was on hold over an hour and still didn't get any one on the phone . Then when you do get someone on the phone the reps are lazy and rude. I would highly recommend people to stay away from this company

WHY DO YOU NEED SO MUCH CONTACT WITH THEM?

Let me guess...you are a late payer or you want to make "arrangements".

Guess what? They have thousands of customers who never have problems with them ...and...don't have all this contact with them because they pay ON TIME just like you should and no, I don't work for them.

The nerve of you. A person who does business with a bank has every expectation of being able to communicate with their financial institution to speak to a representative.

The state of their account is none of your business and has no bearing on their right.

Not that it is any of your business, but: I have never missed a payment and I simply want to see how much balance I have left on my account. I should have a right to be able to find out, no?

I have never been able to log onto their website - it always says "technical error" when I enter my credentials. When I call their number I either get a long computer voice narrated response quoting XML errors and some internal HTTP url nonsense or I get a welcome voice that says "your call may be monitored for quality assurance" and then the line goes to dead air forever.

This leaves me presently with NO feasible way to find the status of my account, other than possibly to write a physical letter and mail it off and hope someone calls me or writes back.

Given the sad state of their phone system and website, I'm not holding my breath. I'm even wondering if maybe I've overpaid and someone's just pocketing the monthly deductions at this point, since my loan term is up around now.

Really bad customer service

Worst customer service, not sure how they are still in business with the employees they have answering phones! Every time I call is the same thing and they get rude with me! All I call is to make a payment and I am always having issues and end up upset with their customer service smh! Last time I called the guy started giving me issues because in the first place he was asking me a lot of none sense and then he asks when I took the loan out, I go and ask my husband if he remembered what month and customer service guy starts telling me I cant ask him and that I should know and so on he went off I just couldn't believe it.

This is by far one of the worst financial companies you could go with the reps are very rude and inconsiderate. There own employees don't even finance with there own company because they are a huge scam.

I would stay away from this company no matter how low the APR is on your loan. On top of there bad customer service when you ask for a manger there is not one available because they or off or short handed which is no surprise since you have to be on hold for 1 hour before you get to talk to one of there low educated employees.

YOU seem to be a very angry person who quite frankly is AN ***. Customers call on their auto loan for many reasons, (i.e.

Change of their insurance company so the loss payee can be updated, getting a payoff balance on their loan, change in their personal information like their mailing address, phone number, etc, change in their bank account information if they have auto deducted payments. Just because someone calls the bank who finances their vehicle doesn't mean that they don't pay their loan on time or have bad credit. YOU obviously work or knows someone who works for TD Auto Finance and condones their poor customer service. I am reading all of their reviews and I have to say that I too contacted them, more than one time because I PAID OFF MY LOAN EARLY before my contract was up and NO it wasn't because I had BAD CREDIT or don't know how to pay my bills.

I CHOSE to pay off my loan early to avoid paying additional interest. TD Auto Finance does have some of the most rudest and uneducated customer service staff members who handle their incoming phone calls. They don't understand how "Rule of 78's" interest is charged on a loan, and all payoff quotes are given with a 10 day period so basically you overpay your loan on line with them if you choose to use their website and then you wait for a refund once the payment is applied. I paid my loan off on 4/24/17.

My title release letter was sent to me on 5/2/17. It took TD Auto Finance over 30 days to send me the funds that I overpaid them using the payoff quote THEY gave. I was told that they do this to every customer as it is their standard practice. So they earn interest on all overpayments for 3 to almost 4 weeks before they refund the customer.

Tell me if any customer could pay their loan payment 4 weeks late and not be charged a late payment fee and harrassed continuously on the phone inquiring when the payment would be made. They really are a SCAM lender because reviewing my contract, and reviewing my payoff, no where did it say that it would take 4 weeks to be refunded any overage and they don't tell you what they daily interest payoff is, they only give a 10 day payoff figure which when you pay online that day is really not necessary since they funds will be taken in much less time, more like 3 days. So, Mr.

#132****, since you feel it is your moral obligation to stand up for TD Auto Finance and respond to everyone who complains about them, you can best be sure that after taking to my state's Attorney General's Office and submitting a copy of my payoff quote, my payoff screen print from the day I paid my loan off along with a complete copy of my contract, I was informed that they will be contacting TD Auto Finance regarding the long wait time to refund a loan payment along with not being able to give daily loan payoff figures especially when paying off a loan online using THEIR website. So in a nutshell, TD Auto Finance really does SUCK and even the State Attorney General's office is going to investigate them.

We have waited 42 days to get our title in the mail. I have called 4 times, spoke with the same rude representative, was told it was coming standard mail, then was told it was coming UPS.

When I asked for the UPS tracking number I was told UPS doesn't give "standard shipments" tracking numbers. That is not true at all. I called UPS and got verification that everything has a tracking number and he even went so far as to look up my address and tell me that TD Auto has never tried to ship anything to my address within the entire month of March!!! I highly recommend that you chose a different loan company!

One that will not lie to you!

Rude Customer Service

My place of business was broken into and I ask for a 2 month extension payments. This was done incorrectly by TD Auto finance.

Both months they called looking for payment. Then fix it over the phone both months. When the payment was finally to be due again. I called to make sure the payment was going to be auto drafted like they told me.

I was told that was not true and I needed to make a payment. I did and then they auto drafted another payment. I called and all I got was one rude agent after another. If you need to borrow money, don't come to TD.

They keep talking when your talking.

Act like they know everything, but they really don't! JUST RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!

I have been trying to make a payment for three weeks online. I'm a working Mom of twin 3-year old boys on mountain time zone and the only time I have to pay bills is at night when they are asleep.

This freakin' company keeps telling me to call them during their hours to trouble shoot the online issues that gives me the following error message any time I try to make a payment or set up a payment plan: "Technical Issue. We are unable to show the details of this account due to a technical issue." I've told them numerous times to fix the issue and not waste my time with their technical issues and they have not resolved the issue.

Terrible company. I've never had these issues with any other company I've paid money to (doctor, energy company, cable company, etc.).

I feel your pain. My wife and I have been dealing with the same issues for over a year.

Saying there system isn't able to handle online payments. They are saying we have missed multiple payments. We sent them out bank records that show all payment have gone through and they said we'll have to have our bank (CIBC) investigate why they haven't received the car payments.

The customer service is a joke, the managers are just as bad. Run away as fast as you can.
