Horrible wait times and horrible customer service
Every time I have called in to the 800 customer service number for information on my account, the wait to speak to a rep ranged from 23-33 minutes. It is ridiculous!!
Then after a couple of years of having an open loan my vehicle was totaled and just trying to get through to speak to someone to relay information from the insurance company was a nightmare. I was placed on hold and transferred to various departments and the customer service reps are very unfriendly. Thank Goodness my insurance company handled most of the paperwork.
I just wanted to let it be known that I had bad experience calling every single time that I had to call and speak to someone. TD Finance customer Service reps are rude and not knowledgeable and definitely need some CS training.

This is by far one of the worst financial companies you could go with the reps are very rude and inconsiderate. There own employees don't even finance with there own company because they are a huge scam.
I would stay away from this company no matter how low the APR is on your loan. On top of there bad customer service when you ask for a manger there is not one available because they or off or short handed which is no surprise since you have to be on hold for 1 hour before you get to talk to one of there low educated employees.

We have waited 42 days to get our title in the mail. I have called 4 times, spoke with the same rude representative, was told it was coming standard mail, then was told it was coming UPS.
When I asked for the UPS tracking number I was told UPS doesn't give "standard shipments" tracking numbers. That is not true at all. I called UPS and got verification that everything has a tracking number and he even went so far as to look up my address and tell me that TD Auto has never tried to ship anything to my address within the entire month of March!!! I highly recommend that you chose a different loan company!

Rude Customer Service
My place of business was broken into and I ask for a 2 month extension payments. This was done incorrectly by TD Auto finance.
Both months they called looking for payment. Then fix it over the phone both months. When the payment was finally to be due again. I called to make sure the payment was going to be auto drafted like they told me.
I was told that was not true and I needed to make a payment. I did and then they auto drafted another payment. I called and all I got was one rude agent after another. If you need to borrow money, don't come to TD.
They keep talking when your talking.
Act like they know everything, but they really don't! JUST RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!
Awful, awful, awful
I have been trying to make a payment for three weeks online. I'm a working Mom of twin 3-year old boys on mountain time zone and the only time I have to pay bills is at night when they are asleep.
This freakin' company keeps telling me to call them during their hours to trouble shoot the online issues that gives me the following error message any time I try to make a payment or set up a payment plan: "Technical Issue. We are unable to show the details of this account due to a technical issue." I've told them numerous times to fix the issue and not waste my time with their technical issues and they have not resolved the issue.
Terrible company. I've never had these issues with any other company I've paid money to (doctor, energy company, cable company, etc.).
